      BALTIC DESIGN HOUSE OÜ on 2016. aastal asutatud ettevõte, mis pole kunagi olnud käibemaksukohuslane. Sellest hoolimata on ettevõte suutnud endale kaela tõmmata priske maksuvõla - ega käibemaks pole ainus maks, mida riigile tasuma peab. Sellest hoolimata, et (EMTAK-i andmetel) hoonsestusprojektide arendusega tegelevas ettevõttes pole mingeid silmatorkavaid tehinguid tehtud, oli seal veel möödunud aasta teises kvartalis arvel 22 töötajat. Mis tööd tehti, on raske öelda. Kahtlustada võib, et kuidagi nende töötajatega (või täpsemalt nende töötajate palkadega) on üle 20 000 eurone maksuvõlg seotud, sest lõviosa sellest moodustab laekumata jäänud sotsiaalmaks. Võlgade tekkimise ajal juhtis ettevõtet Viktoria Akman, kes täna juhib OSTARA GROUP OÜ-d, kus on esitamata majandusaasta aruanded 2015. aastast saadik. BALTIC DESIGN HOUSE OÜ-d juhib alates möödunud aasta septembrist Erko Venno, kelle juhtimise all on tänase seisuga 11 ettevõtet, milledest 8 on probleemsed. See tähendab, et 7-l on täitmata aruandekohustusi ja 5 on võlgades. Nii BALTIC DESIGN HOUSE OÜ-l, kui ka Erko Venno tulevastel tegemistel tasub kindlasti silma peal hoida.
