We help real estate owners, small developers and brokers cope with the complexity of construction permit and permit processes. We work practically and straightforwardly to reduce the time and uncertainty of the owner about legal use and documents.
Many cases require a number of audits, measurements and communication with local registers and local governments; this process is rich in documents and may deprive the building of the required legal status and increase the risk of fines, loans or insurance. We understand these obstacles and make the selection process clear.
Our job is to take over the necessary administrative and coordination work on a project-by-project basis: to evaluate the existing documentation, organise the necessary checks and represent the customer with the relevant requests and information. We also provide clear assessments and time frames for the project so that the customer can move forward on the basis of informed decisions.
