      Tegevusaruanne 2024

      2024.aastal Grandmex OÜ põhitegevuseks oli eraisikutele sõiduautode üürimine.

      Müügitulu moodustas 2 780 eurot. Plaanime seda tegevust jätkata, otsime sõiduautode üürnike või ostjad.

      Samuti alustame uut tegevust: 2024.aastal soetati maatüki elamute ehitamiseks ja müügiks. Plaanime alustada 2025. aastal elamukompleksi ehitamist aadressil Välja tee 24, Tiskre. Projekt peaks valmima 2025. aasta lõpuks. Projekti rentaablus on 25%, nende vahendite abil plaanitakse viia ettevõte kasumisse ja omakapitali taastada.

      Arenguväljaminekuid 2024.a ei olnud ja neid ei ole ka 2025.a.planeeritud.
