      Tegevusaruanne 2025

      RK Grupp OÜ tegutses 2025. majandusaastal peamiselt metsakinnistute ja raieõiguste omandamise, metsavarumise ning metsamaterjali müügi valdkonnas. Ettevõtte eesmärgiks oli jätkuvalt kasvatada tegevusmahtu, suurendada kasumlikkust ning tugevdada oma positsiooni Eesti metsandussektoris läbi kvaliteetsete metsavarade omandamise ja efektiivse puidukaubanduse.

      Aruandeaastal kasvas ettevõtte müügitulu 3 697 993 euroni, võrreldes 2024. aasta 3 010 937 euroga. Aruandeaasta kasumiks kujunes 364 063 eurot, mis on enam kui kuus korda suurem kui eelneval aastal teenitud 57 933 euro suurune kasum. Tulemuse paranemine tulenes eelkõige suuremast tegevusmahust, edukatest metsamaterjali müügitehingutest ning efektiivsest kulude juhtimisest.

      Ettevõte jätkas investeerimist oma põhitegevusse. Aruandeaastal soetati metsakinnistuid 137 500 euro väärtuses ning materiaalse põhivara jääkmaksumus kasvas aasta lõpuks 349 887 euroni.

      Ettevõtte tööjõukulud moodustasid 93 976 eurot ning majandusaastal töötas ettevõttes keskmiselt kaks täistööajale taandatud töötajat.

      Bilansimaht kasvas aasta lõpuks 879 586 euroni ning omakapital suurenes 550 173 euroni, mis peegeldab ettevõtte tugevat finantsseisu ja edukat majandustegevust.

      1. aasta jooksul jätkas ettevõte koostöö arendamist metsamaaomanike, metsaettevõtjate ja puidutööstustega ning laiendas puidu müüki nii

      Eesti turul kui ka ekspordisuunal. Ettevõtte strateegiliseks eesmärgiks on kasvatada metsakinnistute ja raieõiguste portfelli, suurendada ekspordikäivet ning tugevdada oma positsiooni usaldusväärse partnerina metsandussektoris.

      Ettevõtte juhtkonna hinnangul kujunes 2025. aasta väga edukaks. Müügitulu ja kasumlikkuse märkimisväärne kasv, tugev omakapitali suurenemine ning jätkuvad investeeringud loovad hea aluse ettevõtte jätkusuutlikuks arenguks ja tegevusmahtude edasiseks kasvatamiseks järgmistel majandusaastatel.
