      Tegevusaruanne 2024

      Yaga OÜ (Yaga) asutati 2017. aastal. Ettevõtte põhitegevuseks on marketplace portaali ning rakenduse arendus ja haldamine.

      2019. aasta lõpus asutati tütarettevõte Lõuna-Aafrikas ja 2021. aasta septembris ka Keenias ja Indias. Viimane otsustati 2023.

      aasta lõpus sulgeda, et naaseda algse visiooni juurde, millega keskendutakse peamiselt Aafrika turgudele. Keenia tegevus pandi samal ajal pausile. Tänaseks on Keenias tegevusega uuesti alustatud. Hetkel kaalutakse ka erinevaid potentsiaalseid turge.

      Yaga portaalis vahendatud kauba brutoväärtus kasvas võrreldes 2023. aastaga 55% ehk 8,5 miljonilt eurolt 13,1 miljoni euroni.

      Yaga müügitulu kasvas seejuures 42% ehk 1 686 tuhandelt eurolt 2 389 tuhande euroni. Mõningane tsüklilisus on Yaga müügitulemustes tuvastatav – kõige aktiivsemad perioodid on hooaegade vahetumisel ning aastavahetuse ja suve periood on mõnevõrra madalama tulemusega. Nagu ka 2023. aastal, koosnes Yaga müügitulu portaali teenustasust ning transporditeenuse vahendustasust. Yaga vahendab oma klientidele DPD, Smartposti ja Omniva pakiautomaadi teenust. Transporditeenuse kasum kasvas 75% ehk 383 tuhande euroni, 2023. aastal oli see 219 tuhat eurot. Portaali teenustasu kasvas 2024. aastal 498 tuhandelt eurolt 849 tuhande euroni, seega teenustasu kasv majandusaasta jooksul oli 70%. Müügitulu portaali teenustasult koos transpordi vahendustasu kasumiga oli 2024. aastal kokku 1 232 tuhat eurot (2023: 717 tuhat eurot).

      2024. aastal maksti juhatuse liikmetele tasu 122 tuhat eurot (2023: 107 tuhat eurot). Keskmine lepinguliste töötajate arv oli 2024.

      aastal 17 (2023: 12 töötajat). Tööjõukulud kasvasid 2024. aastal 2023. aastaga võrrelduna 22% ehk 731 tuhandelt eurolt 895 tuhande euroni.

      Yaga ostu-müügiplatvormi peamine fookus on kasutatud toodete, sh moe- aga ka muude toodete, eluea pikendamine läbi uuele ringile suunamise, milleks Yaga võimaldab oma klientidele turvalist keskkonda. Sellega vähendatakse inimtegevuse käigus tekkiva prügi hulka ja seega on Yaga tegevuse mõju keskkonnale positiivne.

      Praegune majanduse üldine ebakindlus mõjutavad Yaga tulevasi majandustulemusi pigem positiivselt. Kuna tegemist on peamiselt nö teise ringi toodete müügiks mõeldud veebiportaaliga, siis selles sektoris on majanduse jahtumise perioodil eeldatavalt oodata pigem kasvu. Ka on toodete taaskasutus üldiselt kasvav trend ja mõjub Yaga kasvule vaid positiivselt.

      Vaatamata senistele kahjumitele, ei näe Yaga juhtkond põhjust kahelda Yaga tegevuse jätkumises. Koostatud prognoosid tulevasteks perioodideks näevad ette jätkuvat kiiret kasvu. Ja kuigi ka tulevasteks perioodideks prognoositakse kiirest kasvust põhjustatud kahjumeid, on nende katmiseks olemas rahalised vahendid ja ka võimalused vajadusel jooksvaid kulusid vastavalt olukorrale vähendada. 2025. aasta jooksul loodetakse kaasata ka uusi investeeringuid.

      Raamatupidamise aastaaruande koostamise perioodil toimus oluline muudatus platvormitasu põhimõttes. Alates 01.03.2024 on

      Yagas müümine tasuta ja ostudele rakendub Ostukaitse tasu. Eelnevatel perioodidel rakendus platvormitasu tehingutele müüjate poolel. Ka tehti mitmeid olulisi arendusi rakenduse kasutajakogemuse ning turvalisuse parendamiseks. Müügimahtude kasvule aitas oluliselt kaasa uue pakkumiste tegemise funktsiooni lisamine. Aasta esimeses pooles kirjutati kogu rakendus ümber, et see vastaks uutele standarditele ja tehnoloogiatele. 2025. aasta jooksul loodetakse kaasata ka uusi investeeringuid, vastavad ettevalmistused on töös.
