      1. Üldine ülevaade

      Industrial Systems Engineering OÜ põhitegevusalaks on tööstuslike masinate ja seadmete paigaldamine, hooldus ning tehniline nõustamine.

      Ettevõte tegutseb peamiselt tootmis- ja tööstussektoris, pakkudes lahendusi nii kohalikele kui ka rahvusvahelistele klientidele.

      Aruandeperioodil keskenduti eelkõige tootmisliinide paigaldusprojektidele ning olemasolevate seadmete moderniseerimisele.

      2. Majandustegevus ja tulemused

      Majandusaastal teenis ettevõte müügitulu kokku 3 884 914 eurot, mis võrreldes eelmise perioodiga kahanes 1,93 %.

      Peamised tegevused: (cid:127) tööstusseadmete paigaldus ja seadistamine (cid:127) seadmete hooldus ja remont (cid:127) tehniliste projektide juhtimine (cid:127) alltöövõtuteenuste osutamine tootmisettevõtetele

      Olulisemad projektid hõlmasid: (cid:127) automatiseeritud tootmisliini paigaldus (cid:127) seadmete ümberseadistamine vastavalt kliendi vajadustele (cid:127) koostöö rahvusvaheliste seadmetootjatega

      Ettevõtte ärikasum oli 665 807 eurot.

      3. Investeeringud ja arendustegevus

      Aruandeperioodil investeeriti: (cid:127) töövahendite ja spetsiaalsete paigaldusseadmete soetamisse (cid:127) töötajate koolitusse (ohutus, tehnilised oskused) (cid:127) digitaalsete tööprotsesside arendamisse

      Arendustegevus keskendus paigaldusprotsesside efektiivistamisele ja tööaja optimeerimisele.

      4. Töötajad ja juhtimine

      Ettevõttes töötas keskmiselt 23 töötajat.

      Töötajate palgakulu moodustas 985 053 eurot.

      Ettevõtte juhatus koosneb 3 liikmest. Juhtkond keskendus aruandeperioodil tööprotsesside standardiseerimisele ja kvaliteedi parandamisele.

      Peamised riskid ettevõtte tegevuses: (cid:127) projektipõhise töö hooajalisus (cid:127) kvalifitseeritud tööjõu kättesaadavus (cid:127) tarnete viibimine (seadmed ja varuosad) (cid:127) majanduskeskkonna muutused tööstussektoris

      Riskide maandamiseks arendatakse pikaajalisi kliendisuhteid ning mitmekesistatakse teenuste portfelli.
