      Tegevusaruanne 2025

      Obliviate OÜ põhitegevusalaks on raamatupidamisteenuste ja maksualase nõustamise pakkumine. Ettevõte teenindab peamiselt väikese ja keskmise suurusega ettevõtteid ning pakub lisaks igapäevasele raamatupidamisele ka konsultatsioone ettevõtte asutamise, maksukohustuste ning aruandluse küsimustes.

      Majandustegevus ja tulemused aastal jätkas ettevõte stabiilset majandustegevust ning klientidele kvaliteetse raamatupidamis- ja konsultatsiooniteenuse osutamist. Aasta jooksul keskenduti olemasolevate klientide teenindamisele ning teenuste kvaliteedi parandamisele.

      Ettevõtte müügitulu oli 2025. aastal 16 276 eurot, mis on 1 280 eurot rohkem kui 2024. aastal, mil müügitulu oli 14 996 eurot. Müügitulu kasv tulenes peamiselt teenuste mahu mõõdukast suurenemisest ning uute klientide lisandumisest.

      Ettevõtte puhaskasumiks kujunes 2025. aastal 913 eurot, võrreldes 547 euro suuruse kasumiga 2024. aastal. Kasumi kasv oli seotud müügitulu suurenemisega ning kulude jätkuva kontrolli all hoidmisega.

      Investeeringud ja arendustegevus

      Aruandeaastal ettevõte olulisi materiaalse põhivara investeeringuid ei teinud. Samuti ei teostatud märkimisväärseid uurimis- ja arendustegevusi.

      Ettevõte keskendus olemasolevate teenuste arendamisele ning tööprotsesside tõhustamisele.

      Töötajad ja juhtimine

      Obliviate OÜ igapäevast tegevust juhib ettevõtte juhatus. Aruandeaastal ei olnud ettevõttes palgalisi töötajaid ning tegevus toimus juhatuse liikme panuse kaudu.

      Peamised riskid ja tulevikuväljavaated

      Ettevõtte tegevust mõjutavad peamiselt majanduskeskkonna üldine areng, ettevõtluskeskkonna muutused ning maksualaste regulatsioonide areng. Samuti võib teenuste nõudlust mõjutada ettevõtete majanduslik olukord.
