      Tegevusaruanne 2024

      Coursy Technology OÜ asutati 2019. aastal, et pakkuda keskmistele ja suurtele ettevõtetele terviklikku õpihalduse ja töötajate arendamise süsteemi Coursy.io kaubamärgi all (www.coursy.io).

      Tugev kasv ja laienemine 2024. aasta oli ettevõtte jaoks edukas. Kasutajate arv kasvas 12%, klientide arv 17%. Välisturgude müük moodustas 19% käibest (2023. aastal 16%), peamised turud olid Läti, Leedu ja Soome. Ülejäänud käibe teenisime Eesti turult.

      Aasta jooksul kasvas müügikäive 19%, ulatudes 563 tuhande euroni. Sellest regulaarsed litsentsitasud moodustasid 523 tuhat eurot ehk 93% müügikäibest, kasvades aastaga 26%. Märkimisväärne on, et ekspordi litsentsitasud kasvasid 34%.

      Meeskonna tugevdamine ja uued lahendused

      Aasta jooksul värbasime uusi spetsialiste arenduse ja kliendiedu tiimidesse. Aasta lõpuks töötas Coursy's 9 inimest. Osalesime Tehnopoli

      Küberkiirendis, mille tulemusel lõime kaasaegse küberkoolituse ja e-koolituste turuplatsi (marketplace.coursy.io). See laiendas meie ärimudelit, võimaldades vahendada kolmandate osapoolte koolitusi nii olemasolevatele kui ka uutele klientidele.

      Finantstulemused ja investeeringud 2024. aasta lõpetasime kasumiga. EBITDA oli 252 tuhat eurot ning puhaskasum 48 tuhat eurot. Investeeringud ulatusid 252 tuhande euroni, peamiselt immateriaalsetesse varadesse, mis kinnitab meie pühendumust innovatsioonile ja pidevale arengule.

      Plaanid 2025. aastaks 2025. aastal keskendume jätkuvale kasvule ja laienemisele välisturgudel. Selleks investeerime teenitud kasumi ettevõtte arengusse, otsime täiendavaid investoreid ja osaleme arenguprogrammides, et veelgi tugevdada oma positsiooni turul.
