      Tegevusaruanne 2024

      Sissejuhatus

      Marjamaius OÜ põhitegevusalaks on 2020 a lõpust metsandus, kui osanik Kait Kurs hakkas pakkuma metsamasinate juhina metsa lõikamise teenust erinevatele metsafirmadele, et tagada ettevõttele aastaringne toimimine.

      Marjamaius OÜ on pereettevõte, mille kõrvaltegevusalaks on värskete vaarikate ja maasikate kasvatamine, turustamine ning jae-ja hulgimüük.

      Meie eesmärk on pakkuda klientidele kodumaiseid värskeid ja kvaliteetseid vaarikaid ja maasikaid.

      Meie peamisteks klientideks on Eestis erakliendid, Eestis kasvatatud marja eelistajad, väikelastega emad, kiire elutempoga inimesed, töötavad inimesed, pered, koduküpsetajad.

      Tegime koostööd 2024. aastal ka mitme ärikliendiga.

      2019a lõime ettevõttele marjade turustamiseks, reklaamiks ja müügiks facebooki lehe

      Marjamaius, mida on sellest ajast alates täiendatud ja mille abil toimub pidev kliendibaasi suurendamine.

      2020 a võtsime kasutusele kaardimakseterminali 2022. aastast võtsime kasutusele väetamise plaanid nii vaarikate kui ka maasikate kasvatamiseks. Kasutasime neid plaane ka 2024. aastal.

      Tulud, kulud, kasum

      Marjamaius OÜ müügikäive oli 2024.a 58 918 eurot. Kasum majandustegevusest oli 3201 eurot. Marjamaius OÜ käibevarad kasvasid majandusaastal 40 196 euroni, millest 2291 eurot moodustas raha ja 25 200 eurot bioloogilised varad. Osakapital 2500 eurot tasuti ettevõtte asutamisel. Ettevõtte lühiajalised kohustused on omanikulaen 26 043 eurot ja liisingud summas 2418 eurot.

      Marjamaius OÜ on arendanud ettevõtet omavahendite arvelt ja pikaajalisi laenukohustusi on võetud ainult transpordivahendite soetamiseks.

      Personal

      Aruandeperioodi lõpus oli ettevõttel 2 töötajat. Majandusaastal maksti töötasudeks 22101 eurot.

      Marjamaius OÜ juhatuse liikmed ja omanikud on Helen Lauk ja Kait Kurs, juhatuse liikmetele majandusaastal juhatuse liikme tasusid ei makstud.

      Investeeringud 2024 a. suuremad investeeringud olid:

      Istanduse värskendamine.

      Kasvama sai pandud 3155 vaarikataime. Üle talve säilitasime 1000 vaarikataime.

      Kasvama sai pandud 11740 maasikataime. Üle talve säilitasime 5000 maasikataime.
