      Vabarnas OÜ juhtkond teadvustab, et osaühingu netovara ei vasta hetkel Äriseadustiku § 176 lõikes 2 sätestatud nõuetele, mille kohaselt peab osaühingu netovara olema vähemalt poole ulatuses osaühingu osakapitalist, kuid mitte vähem kui 2 500 eurot.

      Netovara taastamiseks ning vastavusse viimiseks seadusest tulenevate nõuetega on juhtkond otsustanud alustada osaühingu osakapitali vähendamise protsessi. Kapitali vähendamise tulemusel jääb osa nimiväärtuseks 10 eurot.
