      Tegevusaruanne 2024

      Effernus OÜ asutati 10. oktoobril 2019. Ettevõtte põhitegevusalaks on metsamajandust abistavad tegevused.

      2024. majandusaastal keskendus ettevõte peamiselt metsade hooldamise teenuste osutamisele.

      Ettevõtte 2024. aasta müügitulu oli 39 937 eurot, võrreldes 29 128 euroga 2023. aastal, mis näitab kasvu 37%. 2024. aasta majandusaasta lõpetati 4 317 euro suuruse kahjumiga, samas kui 2023. aasta kahjum oli 15 286 eurot.

      Kahjumlike aastate peamiseks põhjuseks oli asjaolu, et 2023. aastal lõppes koostöö ettevõtte peamise koostööpartneriga. Uute koostööpartnerite leidmine ja ärisuhete ülesehitamine on võtnud aega, mistõttu ei ole veel saavutatud varasemate aastate tasemel kasumlikkust.

      Samas on näha selget paranemist – müügitulu on kasvanud ning kahjum oluliselt vähenenud.

      Juhatus kinnitab, et Effernus OÜ on jätkuvalt tegutsev majandusüksus. Ettevõte jätkab tegevust 2025. aastal, keskendudes partnerlussuhete laiendamisele, tegevuse tõhustamisele ja kasumlikkuse saavutamisele.
