      Tegevusaruanne 2025

      Kamakolm OÜ asutati 12.02.2020 ja ettevõtte põhitegevuseks on ravimite, ravimisarnaste ainete, toidulisandite ja meditsiinitehnika jaemüük.

      2025. aastal omas ettevõte nelja apteeki ja ühte haruapteeki. Haruapteek asub Kiilis ning apteekidest kolm asuvad Tallinnas ja üks Paldiskis.

      2025. aasta käive oli 4 553 tuhat eurot (2024. aasta oli käive 4 883 tuhat eurot).

      2025. aasta palgakulu koos sotsiaalmaksudega oli 816 tuhat eurot ja täistööajale taandatud töötajate keskmine arv 16 (2024. aasta palgakulu koos sotsiaalmaksudega oli 765 tuhat eurot ja täistööajale taandatud töötajate keskmine arv 16).

      Ettevõtte omakapital oli seisuga 31.12.2024 negatiivne summas 6 608 eurot ega vastanud äriseadustiku nõuetele.

      2025 aasta lõpul omakapital on 2 692 eurot ja vastab taas nõuetele.

      Ettevõtte on jätkuvalt tegutsev äriühing. Klientidele kõrgel tasemel apteegiteenuse pakkumise eesmärgil ning apteegi käitamise osas oskusteabe hankimiseks tegutsevad ettevõtte apteegid BENU kaubamärgi all ning kasutavad BENU apteegi frantsiisikontseptsiooni.
