Tegevusaruanne 2023

Oktawood OÜ on tootmisettevõte mis tegeleb peamiselt Jaapani traditsioonidel põhineva söestunud puidust toodete valmistamisega.

Toodame ka erinevaid puidust seinakattematerjale.

2021 aasta põhiline eesmärk oli luua turundusstruktuur mille kaudu võimalikult kiiresti ja efektiivselt jõuda potentsiaalsete klientideni. Arendati uusi tooteid ja võeti kasutusele uusi töövõtteid, et tootmine muutuks kiiremaks ja kvaliteetsemaks.

2021 aastal loodi mitmeid kokkuleppeid edasimüüjatega, kes Oktawoodi tooteid oma tootevalikus pakkuma hakkavad. Edaspidi toimub tootmise suurendamine masinapargi suurenemise ja uute toodete turule toomise näol.

Aasta 2022 kõige olulisem saavutus oli tootmisprotsessi kiirendamiseks üles seatud tootmisliini valmimine.

Aasta 2023 eesmärgiks oli masinapargi suurendamine ning järjepideva reklaami tegemine, et tutvustada toodet suuremale klientuurile ning läbi selle tagada stabiilne tööprotsess.

Aasta 2024 põhieesmärk on järjepidevalt toota ning uusi projekte ja kliente leida.
