      Aruandeaastal soetati kinnisvara omav ettevõtte LPS OÜ 100% osa, mis omandamise järgselt ühtendati Oiu Veski

      Haldus OÜ-ga. Tehingu eesmärk oli omandada kinnisvara ning muid äritegevusi omandamisega ei kaasnenud. Samuti omandati aruandeperioodil omanikult 0 euroga ettevõtte Aia 10a Invest OÜ 100% osad.

      Oiu Veski Haldus OÜ juhatus oli majandusaastal 1-liikmeline. Juhatuse liikmetele arvestati tasudeks 18 300 eurot.

      Oiu Veski Haldus OÜ põhieesmärgiks järgmisel majandusaastal on jätkata samal suunal.
