      Tegevusaruanne 2025

      Qwatt OÜ põhitegevus hõlmab nutikate energiaseadmete müüki ning börsilepinguga elektriklientide energiatarbimise optimeerimist. Ettevõte aitab klientidel vähendada elektrikulusid, suunates seadmete tarbimise odavamatele tundidele vastavalt elektriturul kujunevale hinnale. Lisaks kliendite elektrikulude vähendamisele aitame tagada baltikumi energiajulgeolekut.

      2025. aasta teises pooles liitus ettevõttega uus koostööpartner, kes viis sagedusturu teenuse uuele tasemele. Reguleerimisturg (ehk sagedusturg või paindlikkusturg) on Eesti elektrivõrgu üks olulisemaid tasakaalustusmehhanisme. Turul osaledes tasakaalustatakse reaalajas seadmete tarbimist või tootmist, et võrku abistada.

      Vastutasuks makstakse osalejatele rahalist tasu. See koostöö laiendas oluliselt ettevõtte võimekust pakkuda klientidele terviklikumat energiahalduse lahendust.

      2025. aasta jooksul toimusid ettevõttes järgmised olulised muutused: (cid:127) Aasta esimeses pooles vahetus osanike ring füüsilisest isikutest osanikud asendusid juriidiliste isikutega. Muudatus kajastab ettevõtte loogilist arengut ning aitab paremini struktureerida tulevasi investeeringuid ja partnerlusi.

      (cid:127) Aasta lõpus asutati Lätis tütarettevõte Qilowatt SIA (Qwatt OÜ osalus 51%), millega alustati rahvusvahelise laienemisega Balti energiaturul.

      Konsolideerimise kohustus puudub, kuna asutamisel tegevust ei toimunud. Konsolideerimiskohustus tekib, kui emaettevõte ületab kahel järjestikusel aastal vähemalt kaks kolmest järgmisest künnisest: bilansimaht üle 4 000 000 euro, müügitulu üle 8 000 000 euro või töötajate keskmine arv üle 50 (RPS § 29).

      Juhatus näeb 2026. aastaks peamiste eesmärkidena IT-lahenduse edasiarendamist, klientide arvu kasvu ning Qilowatt SIA kaudu tegevuse laiendamist Läti turul. Uue koostööpartneri kaasamine sagedusturu teenuses loob eeldused käibe jätkuvaks kasvuks.

      Juhatus hindab, et ettevõtte finantsseisund on piisavalt tugev tegevuse jätkamiseks ettenähtavas tulevikus.
