      BaltFin Forestry OÜ asutati 30.11.2021 aastal ja muudetud põhikiri kinnitati 15.augustil 2024 aastal.

      BaltFin Forestry OÜ põhitegevusalaks on metsamajandust abistavad tegevused. Põhiline tulu on saadud teenuste osutamisest Eestis.

      2024 majandusaastal tegeles ettevõte metsaistutusega ja muude metsamajandust abistavate tegevustega.

      Osaühingu juhatuse liige töötas tegevjuhi ametikohal.

      Majandusaastal juhatuse liikmele liikmeks oleku eest tasu ei makstud ja muid soodustusi ei osutatud.

      2024 aasta majandustegevuse tulemiks on kasum 30557 eurot.

      Järgmisel majandusaastal on ettevõttel plaanis tegeleda endiselt metsamajandust abistavate tegevustega.

      Töötajate arvu suurendamist ei ole ette näha.

      Peale 2024 majandusaasta lõppu ei ole toimunud olulisi sündmusi , mis võiksid mõjutada järgmiste majandusaastate tulemusi,kuid mida ei ole kajastatud antud majandusaasta aruandes.
