      Tegevusaruanne 2025

      EUT KV asutati 21.03.2022 Euroopa Transpordi OÜ jagunemisel. Jagunemine jõustus 07.07.2022 jagunemiskande tegemisega äriregistris.

      Ühingu põhitegevusalaks on kinnisvaraalane tegevus.

      2025. aastal alustati ehitusega kinnistul Pikk 48 Tartu ning projekteerimistöödega kinnistul Fortuuna 25 Tartu.

      2026. aastal jätkab ettevõte samal põhitegevusalal. Jätkatakse ehitustegevusega Pikk 48 kinnistul. Eesmärk on viia pooleliolevad projektid järgmisesse etappi ja tagada stabiilne areng.

      Ettevõttel on kaks juhatuse liiget.
