1. Preview and data collection
In the first stage, we collect available information from the customer: size of the forest area, previous management plans, purpose of the land and possible limitations. If necessary, we will also carry out a remote sensing data analysis (satellite images, aerial or drone photographs) and prepare a work schedule for field work.
2. Field work and bundle assessment
In the course of field work, we carry out sampling, evaluation of migratory patterns and census of tree species. We use standardised measurements - radius samples, latitude and height measurements and tree age determination based on rings or evaluation methodology. On this basis, a bundle assessment (bundle assessment) shall be carried out, including a description of the quantity, quality and management options of the stocks.
3. Analysis of data and valuation of market value
After field work, we analyse the data collected: composition of the tree, growing conditions, damage and market value of the wood. Local timber prices, logistical costs and possible environmental or regulatory constraints shall also be taken into account. As a result, the forest will be valued at market value and an expert evaluation (expert evaluation) will be provided, suitable for use in real estate transactions and insurance.
4. Written report and consultation
At the end of the service, we will issue an official report containing a summary of field work, analysis, stock data, evaluation of the age of the forest and recommendations for management or further action. If necessary, we will also consult and participate in negotiations with the partners in order to clarify the points of the report and answer specific questions.
