      Tegevusaruanne 2024

      Sissejuhatus

      Pamar OÜ on asutatud veebruaris 2024.a. Ettevõtte põhitegevusalaks on kinnisvara arendus ja müük.

      Tulud, kulud ja kasum 2024.a. alustati paarismaja projektiga Viimsi vallas, mis plaanide kohaselt peaks valmima 2026.a. alguses. Seoses poolelioleva ehitusobjektiga ettevõte aruandeaastal veel müügitulu ei saanud. Seoses müügitulu puudumisega sai Pamar OÜ aruandeaastal kahjumit 7 521 eurot.

      Eesmärgid järgmiseks majandusaastaks

      Ettevõtte eesmärgiks on jätkata põhitegevusega ja taastada negatiivne omakapital. Juhtkonna plaanide kohaselt taastatakse ettevõtte netovara 2025.a. tulu teenimisega, vajadusel täiendavate reservide moodustamisega osanike poolt.
