      Tegevusaruanne 2024

      2024. aastal loodi ettevõtte Tormi 11 OÜ ja samal ajal algas ka ehitustegevus. Tormi 11 OÜ ehitab kahte kortermaja Tormi 11/1 ja Tormi 11/2 .

      Kogu kortermaja valmimisega seotud kulud on kajastatud bilansis varude koosseisu lõpetamata toodanguna. Eelbroneeringust saadud ettemaksed on kajastatud kohustiste alla tulevaste perioodide tuluna.

      2025. aasta veebruaris valmis esimene kortermaja, Tormi 11/1. Selle tulemusel sõlmiti notariaalsed asjaõiguslepingud eelbroneerinud klientidega ning korterite omandiõigus anti ostjatele üle. Vastavalt sellele vähenes ettevõtte kohustiste all kajastatud tulevaste perioodide tulu ning samal ajal kajastati müügitulu.

      2024.aasta kahjum kaetakse tulevaste perioodide kasumiga.
