      CROWNED PHOENIX OÜ tegevusaruanne 2024 1. Üldine ülevaade

      Crowned Phoenix OÜ on tarkvaraettevõte, mille peamine siht on internetipõhiste tarkvaralahenduste väljatöötamine ja arendamine.

      2024. aasta oli pigem ettevõtte käivitamise aasta, kus suuremat kasumlikkust ei taodeldud vaid põhifookuses oli oma teenuste arendus. Palgalisi töötajaid oli ettevõttes 1. Lisaks oma teenusportfelli loomisele, osutasime teenuseid ka mõnedele Eesti ettevõtetele, kellest nimekaim on Eesti Pagar.

      2. Finantstulemused ja majandusolukord

      Müügitulu: 34 911 eurot

      Ärikasum: 3 539 eurot 3. Turuolukord

      Tugevalt mõjutas ettevõtte tegutsemisvaldkonda üldise majandusolukorra halvenemine, mis tõttu paljud tarkvaraettevõtted vähendasid tööjõukulusid, mis omakorda kaudselt tingib teenushindade languse.

      4. 2025. aasta strateegia ja eesmärgid 2025. aastal jätkame peamiselt enda teenuste arendamist ning loodame vähemalt osaliselt ka aasta lõpus teenustega turule tulla.

      Kindlat tööjõu suurendamise plaani ettevõttel ei ole, kuid ei välista ühe lisa töötaja palkamist.

      Olemasolevate klientidega usume koostöö jätkumist ning plaanime pisut ka kliendibaasi laiendada.

      Eelarvet arengu- ja uurimisteks tehtud ei ole. Kulud tehakse jooksvalt vastavalt vajadusele.

      5. Juhatuse hinnangul oli aasta 2024 Crowned Phoenix OÜ käivitamise aasta, kus töötati välja tuleviku sihid ettevõtte tootearenduse vallas. Juhatuse liikmele tasu ei makstud.

      Usume, et ettevõte jätkab stabiilsena, leiame 2025. aastal uusi koostööpartnereid ja kliente ning ettevõtte teenused jõuavad turule.
