      Tegevusaruanne 2024

      Ettevõte Tormi 7 OÜ loodi 2024. aastal, samal ajal algas ka ehitustegevus. Tormi 7 OÜ tegevusalaks on kortermaja ehitamine. Kõik kortermaja ehitusega seotud kulud on kajastatud bilansis varude koosseisus lõpetamata toodanguna. Eelbroneeringutest saadud ettemaksed on kajastatud kohustiste all tulevaste perioodide tuluna.

      Kortermaja valmimisel sõlmitakse notariaalsed asjaõiguslepingud eelbroneerinud klientidega ning korterite omandiõigus antakse ostjatele üle.

      Vastavalt sellele väheneb ettevõtte kohustiste all kajastatud tulevaste perioodide tulu ning samal ajal tekib müügitulu .

      2024. aasta kahjumit on plaanis katta tulevaste perioodide kasumiga.
