      Ettevõtte põhitegevuseks olid erinevad ehitus- ja renoveerimistööd, mis jagunesid vastavalt kliendi vajadustele erinevateks tööetappideks ja projektideks.Teenuseid osutati peamiselt Eestis, kuid aegajalt viidi läbi väiksemaid projekte ka Soomes.

      Skandic Ehitus OÜ jätkab ka järgnevatel aastatel samal tegevusalal. Lisaks on plaanis laiendada oma tegevusvaldkonda, hakates pakkuma ehituskonsultatsiooni teenuseid nind tegelema puitmaterjali vahendamisega.

      Aruandeaastal tegi ettevõte mitmeid olulisi investeeringuid töövahendite ja -seadmete soetamiseks, et tagada tööde kvaliteet ja efektiivsus.

      Lähitulevikus on kavas soetada ettevõttele ka transpordivahend.
