      Tegevusaruanne 2023

      Korteriühistu VÄIKE-MAARJA VALD, SIMUNA ALEVIK, ALLEE TN 9 asutati 2022.aastal. KÜ tööd korraldab 3-liikmeline juhatus. Juhatuse tööd koordineerib juhatuse esimees.

      2023.aastal telliti trepikodadele aknad. Akende vahetamine jääb 2024.aastasse. Suuremate töödena ehitati 2023.aastal uued kütte- ja veetrassid esimese trepikoja tarbeks.

      2023.aastal korraldati taas ühistegevusena talgupäev heakorratööde tegemiseks. Samuti peeti ühiselt jaanipäeva ning toimus aastavahetuse pidu.

      KÜ on jätkuvalt tegutsev.
