We guarantee post-sales support for all systems and individual products designed and sold by us through five sales offices in Estonia. Alarmtec AS cooperates with all security companies and most security technology installation companies in Estonia, and also has cooperation partners in Latvia, Lithuania and Finland.

The largest suppliers are DIMARK SPÓLKA AKCYJNA, Eldes, AJAX SYSTEMS DISTRIBUTION, Milestone Systems A/S. In 2022, wholesale of equipment accounted for 94% of the company's sales revenue.

One of the larger projects in 2022 was the completion of the construction of the Tallinn Airport baggage conveyor. The project started already in 2021.

The company's financial accounting software will be replaced in 2024, the project is currently in the mapping stage. There are no other significant research or development projects underway and none are planned to start this year.
