YEInternational AS (hereinafter YE) main activities are the supply of goods and related services to the electronics industry, companies operating in the field of data and telecommunications networks, IT and electronics retail chains.

The parent company is Boreo Oyj, which is registered in the Republic of Finland. Boreo Oyj shares are listed on the Helsinki Stock Exchange.

YE's largest customer groups are electronics manufacturers, electronics and network installers-maintainers, electronics distributors, IT and telecommunications companies, and end consumers.

YE started operations in Estonia in 1992 under the name A-Cable. Boreo OYj bought the company in 1996, the company's name became A-Cable YE AS. In 2005, the name was changed due to the group's strategy, the new name became YEInternational AS.

The plans and reality of 2022 were a big shock to everyone. Events that took place from February turned the entire economy upside down. We were not spared either - a large part of the export market disappeared, including customers who were involved in exports or production for export.

The situation was also complicated by the availability of products, unknown waiting times, for which no one had an answer.

We were forced to adapt in this situation and make several changes. The new normal became significantly longer delivery times, the prices of goods increased within weeks. Constant monitoring of the situation, communication with customers and suppliers (including finding new ones) nevertheless got us out of the situation.

We conducted more discussions than usual in the team's work and with great efforts we managed to make the right decisions. Automating several processes and replacing them with purchased services made our system significantly more efficient. The biggest win came from reducing costs. Considering the general situation, the results of 2022 can be satisfied.
