The main activity of AS Coca-Cola HBC Eesti in Estonia is the marketing and sale of soft drinks on behalf of The Coca-Cola Company.

Lithuania, Hungary, the Czech Republic, Austria, and Romania.

The headquarters of the Polish and Baltic distribution and administrative business unit is located in Warsaw, Poland, and the Estonian branch office provides sales, marketing, and administrative services to Estonian customers and the market.

In 2022, the company's product portfolio included the following soft drinks: Coca-Cola, Coca-Cola Zero, Fanta, Fanta Zero, Sprite, Sprite Zero.

In addition, Neptunas mineral water, Fuzetea iced tea, Cappy juices, Cappy Ice Fruit nectars and juice drinks, Burn and Monster energy drinks, Monster brand ready-made coffee drinks, Reign BCAA supplemented energy drinks, and Schweppes tonics were marketed in Estonia.

Significant events in 2022 included: - Launch of new products Monster Monarch and Monster Ultra Watermelon 0.5L cans; - Launch of Schweppes tonic water and Schweppes Russhian in 1.0L PET packaging; - Launch of new Fanta WTF 2.0 series with two new Fanta flavors; - Expansion of the sugar-free Coca-Cola Zero product range.

The Premium Spirits range distributed by the company includes Nemiroff vodkas, The Famous Grouse, Highland Park, The Macallan, The Glenrothes, Brugal. These products are imported from Ukraine, the Dominican Republic, and the United Kingdom.

The average number of employees in the company was 59 in 2022 (2021: 60).

In 2022, the company's board consisted of two members.

Although the company does not have production units in Estonia, AS Coca-Cola HBC Eesti actively contributes to reducing its environmental impact, including participation in the Estonian beverage packaging collection system and company-initiated environmental protection projects, such as the "Waste-Free World" initiative and CO2 reduction measures. Our goal is to reduce both environmental impacts and the use of natural resources and to contribute to the preservation of biodiversity throughout our supply chain. Therefore, we consider the systematic implementation of our sustainability strategy "Mission Sustainability 2025" and the action plan "NetZeroby 40" to be important.

The company has been repeatedly recognized for its sustainable, employee-friendly, and community-inclusive activities. The Coca-Cola HBC Group has announced its goal to become a climate-neutral company by 2040 (NetZeroby 40 action plan), including the CO2 footprint in supply chains. In Estonia, the NetZero40 strategy is supported by the introduction of a green car park program, plans for renewable electricity and renewable energy sources in our production, offering energy-efficient coolers to customers, and using more recycled packaging materials. AS Coca-Cola HBC Eesti has carbon emission targets to reduce its carbon footprint and its impact on climate change. This is in line with the Greenhouse Gas Protocol and approved by the Science-Based Targets initiative.

AS Coca-Cola HBC Eesti actively contributes to reducing its environmental impact. In Estonia, packaging storage systems are being introduced.

This is supported by the high recycling rate of packaging materials made available to local governments and external stakeholders.

Water is the main ingredient of our products. We have identified priority locations for water, high water risk locations. The Baltic Sea region is not among these facilities (CCH facilities are located in Nigeria, Greece, Italy, Cyprus, Bulgaria, and Armenia).

In the Baltic States region, a natural mineral water production facility is located in Lithuania. In this facility, as in all others, we have annual goals to reduce and monitor the water use ratio per liter of beverage produced.

AS Coca-Cola HBC Eesti actively contributes to society through local employment and social responsibility projects. In 2022,

AS Coca-Cola HBC Eesti supported community projects with its products and the voluntary contribution of its employees.
