The purpose of the activity report is to provide an overview of the activities and circumstances of OÜ Haveli Invest during the financial year, which are important for assessing the financial situation and economic activity, and the expected trends in the next financial year. OÜ Haveli Invest has two lines of activity. The main area of activity is hospitality (Metropol Hotel and Metropol SPA Hotel) and the second area is the leasing and operation of commercial premises (Peterburi Ärikvartal).

Hotels

Haveli Invest OÜ operates two hotels in the center of Tallinn, Metropol Hotel and Metropol

SPA Hotel. Metropol Hotel is a three-star hotel, which was opened in May 1999 and is mainly aimed at serving group tourists. Metropol SPA Hotel opened its doors in July 2018 and meets the four-star level and is mainly aimed at serving business clients.

The hotels are located in the unique Rotermanni quarter in the center of Tallinn, within walking distance of the historic old town, the city's main attractions, shopping centers and the passenger port, which is a certain competitive advantage.

Metropol Hotel has 154 rooms, 11 of them with a sauna, of which 4 are Junior suites with a sauna, 1 suite with a sauna. 10 rooms are connected (connecting) and 2 are for disabled people.

All over the hotel, customers can use the free wireless internet (WIFI) coverage area.

Customers also have a beauty salon, Pizzanaut restaurant, luggage storage, safes, ironing room, laundry and dry cleaning service.

Metropol SPA Hotel has 137 rooms. Customers can choose between standard class rooms, business class rooms or suites. The hotel also offers rooms with connecting doors, rooms for people with special needs and allergy sufferers. Smokers have the opportunity to use the smoking room located on the first floor of the hotel.

In addition to the rooms, Metropol SPA Hotel has a conference center with four halls, a spa and relaxation area, Nomad restaurant and Urban bar.

Metropol SPA Hotel is connected to Metropol Hotel through three floors, so that customers of both hotels can conveniently use the services of both hotels without leaving the building.

The occupancy of Metropol Hotel was 77% in 2022.
