O/Ü Turmar Kate has been operating in the roofing industry since 2004. We have experience in this field since 1997.

We carry out work all over Estonia and in larger volumes. The larger objects are located in Tallinn and Harju County, but we carry out work all over Estonia. In smaller volumes, we also do other construction work if necessary.

Our main objects are commercial and office buildings, production buildings, in smaller volumes private houses, apartment associations, etc. Our partners for many years are AS Merko Ehitus Eesti, Nordlin Ehitus Nordecon Betoon, Ehitus5 ECO, Metropoli Ehitus, etc.

In 2022, the turnover increased by 923,397 euros compared to the previous year. 2022 is our highest turnover ever, i.e. 4,354,025 euros. As the prices of construction materials have greatly increased and materials make up a very large part of our service volume, the profit did not turn out to be the highest ever. This year, the profit was smaller than last year. Despite the increase in the prices of materials and services, we can still be satisfied with the result. The profit in 2022 was 214,004 euros.

There has been a lot of pressure on wages, so wage numbers increased and the proportion of taxes in expenses also increased.

The average number of employees has remained the same.
