In 2021, the company entered into a 10-year building rights agreement starting in 2022, with the obligation to design and build a building that can be used as a production building within a reasonable time. In 2022, investments were made for design, start of construction and purchase of equipment in the amount of 1123418 euros, support was received from PRIA in the amount of 548184 euros. In 2023, investments are planned in the amount of 300000 euros. The company's business is seasonal as there is no fishing in the summer months. No significant environmental and social impacts associated with the activity have been observed. Changes in exchange rates did not affect the company's operations as transactions were made in euros. The company has issued a guarantee for the subsidiary's bank loan in the amount of 600000 euros. On 24.02.2022, military operations began in Ukraine. The ETÜC has no business ties with countries affected by sanctions and the ETÜC continues to operate.
