Company Story
Dan Mikkin was one of the service design pioneers in Estonia back in 2009. Today he’s focused on consulting and leading service and product development in big organisations. Subsequently, he’s also mentoring in-house development teams. Some of the projects at hand:
• e-Residency, a digital identity that enables entrepreneurs from around the world to start business using Estonian state’s e-services. Validating focus markets and determining user needs on these markets to developed targeted services
• Kupland the remote working network in the South-East of Estonia. Client profiling, developing the service standard and onboarding service providers
• bikeep, smart locking for bicycles. Service canvases for their overseas B2B customers, public and private.
Dan is also an active trainer and tutor in service design and branding.
