's activity report 2022

The main activity of Hansarent OÜ is the rental of cars and minibuses and the service leasing of vehicles. The company operates as a Europcar reservation center in Estonia, giving the customer the opportunity to order a rental car worldwide.

In 2018, Mobility Eesti OÜ bought the company Hansarent OÜ, which belonged to Hansa Grupp OÜ. Mobility Eesti OÜ merged with Hansarent OÜ and the activity was continued under the business name Hansarent OÜ.

As a result of the merger, the company's services were supplemented with vehicle leasing service and the service leasing portfolio of the former Hansarent OÜ. In order to offer service leasing, it was necessary to have a license to operate as a financing institution (with the sub-category of providing leasing transactions), which was granted and this field of activity was added

to the Economic Activities Register.

The key figures characterizing the main activity of Hansarent OÜ were as follows: 2 022 2 021

Debt ratio 0.49 0.70 (LIABILITIES / TOTAL ASSETS)

Net sales profitability 11.07% 4.44% (NET PROFIT / SALES)

Total assets net profitability (ROA) 25.60% 8.54% (NET PROFIT / TOTAL ASSETS)

Equity net profitability (ROE) 49.72% 28.43% (NET PROFIT / EQUITY) 2022 figures: - net turnover 9 746 866 € (2021: 6 983 719 €) - labor costs 635 187 € (2021: 443 123 €); - average number of employees 19 (2021: 15).

The year 2022 turned out to be another challenging year for the rental and service leasing sector. At the end of 2021, we hoped that the decrease in tourism caused by Covid would turn back to growth and vehicle supply problems would be solved, but Russia's decision to start a war against Ukraine slowed down the growth of tourism.

The war significantly reduced the number of foreign tourists among our clients, as we are dangerously close to the war zone for larger markets. Vacation trips are made to safer areas.

The war has negatively affected the automotive industry, as many manufacturers had subcontracting factories in Ukraine, which were closed or relocated to another country. This once again affected vehicle production and supply, which is still uncertain. Vehicles can be ordered, but the delivery time is uncertain.

The supply problem has affected the results of service leasing, as there are no vehicles to sell in service leasing.

There has been an increased demand for rental services, as the need for mobility has remained.

In 2022, we partially received the vehicles ordered in 2020 and 2021. We renewed the car park with them and realized the older vehicles. As a result of renewing the car park and realizing the older vehicles, turnover and profit from vehicle sales increased.

For 2023, we have taken into account the cooling of the economy and the increase in financing costs. We forecast business volumes of the same order of magnitude compared to 2022. The biggest challenge may be the economic ability of customers in a situation where input prices - interest, energy, wages - are rising rapidly.
