TECA Projekt OÜ is a business entity that started operations in 2012, with its main activity being construction engineering design and consulting, and since 2016, it has also been involved in the construction of residential and non-residential buildings. The company combines experienced specialists in the field of design and construction. Our employees' extensive experience in the field of reinforced concrete structures determines our main direction as prefabricated elements.

We carry out various projects, starting from multi-storey residential buildings, terraced houses to public buildings, office and warehouse spaces.

We mainly offer design services to companies in Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania and Sweden, and the larger construction sites are located in Sweden.

The results of the 2022 financial year were affected by Covid-19, the war in Ukraine, the Swedish cement crisis and other external factors that could not be taken into account when making binding offers and contracts, causing unforeseen cost increases. The economic situation in Sweden, especially the decline in the construction sector, the weakening of the currency (SEK/EUR) has brought difficulties in negotiations with partners. The average project duration from contract signing to completion of the frame is one year, the duration of the last two major projects has been 2-3 years. Negotiations continue to cover additional costs, but no definite agreements have been reached.

TECA Projekt OÜ continues to operate and the main goal for the next financial year is to continue operations in the main areas of activity, to provide the best constructive solutions, to optimize the construction process and to reduce assembly time.
