The Company Story

We help companies and job seekers to find flexible labour solutions that support both seasonal growth and project-based needs. Our work is based on a practical and supportive approach: to reduce the administrative burden on employers and create safe and stable opportunities for job seekers for short-term work.

Many organisations urgently need more employees, but straightforward recruitment can prove slow and resource-intensive. Administrative and legal issues, especially in the case of foreign workers, also create additional burdens and limit the ability to respond flexibly to changes in demand.

We offer solutions for hiring and leasing employees, for staff searching and for counselling in support of staffing and legalisation, as well as for people seeking temporary work. Our goal is to help customers adapt their workforce quickly and consistently, while at the same time reducing administrative and legal risk.

With its head office in Tallinn, and as a company that has been operating for more than seven years, we act in Europe, maintaining a growing candidate base and providing legalisation support for the involvement of foreign workers. We have helped to find work for over 2 500 people and we are trying to be a practical, reliable and fast partner that allows customers to focus on their main activities.
