The Company Story
We help fast-growing companies find key players and technical specialists who support their strategic development. We work practically and in cooperation with the company's internal teams, based on data and openness, so that decisions about recruitment are aware and consistent.
Many startups, risk capital-supported teams and scaly companies experience that complex managerial or technical roles are difficult to perform, internal resources are scarce and recruitment processes are not scaly. The lack of market information and poor candidate experience also directly affects the possibility of finding long-term suitability.
We offer a partnership where recruitment takes place as part of the team's tool: targeted talent finding, managed candidate pipeline and flexible services that release internal resources. Our role is to make recruitment smoother for both customers and candidates, from first contact to offer.
The specialisation in start-up and VC contexts in Europe, data-based market and competition information and active cooperation with the customer make us different. The aim is to reduce the internal burden, speed up access to the right people and ensure a well-considered, human experience for both the company and the candidate.
