TARCON OÜ, a company with a strong technical understanding of BIM coordination and BIM workflows, was established on April 25, 2022. The company was born out of the BIM coordination team that separated from Tulitec OÜ. In addition to the team, TARCON also acquired the representation rights for BIM software Simplebim and BIMcollab in Estonia, as well as all contracts related to BIM coordination. As of today, there are no ties with Tulitec OÜ.

TARCON's mission is to simplify the lives of its clients through digital tools. Our team, with the help of foreign partners, maintains top-notch knowledge in the field of BIM in Estonia, supported by world-class working tools. The main area of activity is construction engineering design and consulting. The company offers BIM model design coordination, execution models, support services, consultations, software, and BIM-related training. To a lesser extent, the creation of 3D visualizations has also been carried out.

In its first year of operation, small tools, software, and fixed assets were acquired for 7 workplaces to provide the team with top-level working tools. We also submitted an application to join EKEL (Estonian Association of Construction Consultation Companies), which brings together most of Estonia's top engineers. During the year of operation, we also got the company's social media channels and website www.tarcon.ee up and running.

In the future, we plan to develop automated workflows for the construction sector and continue to raise the level of BIM and digital knowledge in the sector. We see great potential in the use of point clouds as well as AR/VR (augmented reality and virtual reality) solutions and simulations.

We plan to continue sales and marketing activities, primarily in the direction of software sales. In Estonia, our clients and partners are most of the major construction contractors (such as MERKO, YIT, COMBICON, Nordlin Construction, EHITUSTRUST) and several successful design and real estate development companies. Through the main contracting companies, we are connected with large customers such as Rail Baltica and State Real Estate AS with our services and software.

The most important projects we worked on during the reporting year were:- BIM coordination of the design of the reconstruction of Patarei Sea Fortress- BIM coordination of the design of the reconstruction of the National Library- Several state house projects developed by RKASCurrently, the company employs 7 team members.

In the following periods, we will continue to raise the level of knowledge and skills of the team to provide even more professional services to our clients. Despite the uncertain economic conditions, we look at the current year with moderate optimism, as our customer base consists of strong and active partners with whom it is possible to operate at any time. Also, the nature of our service is to streamline activities, which is certainly vitally important for many companies in more complex times.
