      Tegevusaruanne 2023

      AS Hiiu Kalur (endise nimega AS Dagomar) on asutatud 1992.a. 2008 a toimus AS Dagomar ühinemine oma emaettevõttega AS Hiiu Kalur ja viimase tütarettevõttega OÜ Kaleste, kus AS Dagomar oli ühendav ja AS Hiiu Kalur ja OÜ Kaleste ühendatavad ühingud. Pärast ühinemist jätkas AS Dagomar tegutsemist ühendatava ühingu ärinimega AS Hiiu Kalur.

      AS Hiiu Kalur on AS Direct Consulting tütarettevõte.

      AS-l Hiiu Kalur oli 2023 ja on praegu 5 kalapüügiga tegelevat kalalaeva.

      AS Hiiu Kalur peamiseks tegevusalaks on räime ja kilu püük Läänemerel (EMTAK 03111). Sama tegevusega jätkatakse ka 2024.

      majandusaastal.

      2023. a. püüti kala kokku 11 670,8 (2022:11 578,9) tonni, s.h. kilu 7 105,0 (2022: 7 508,8) tonni, räime 4 562,3 (2022: 4 068,8) tonni ja muud kala 3,5 (2022: 1,3) tonni.

      Tulud, kulud ja kasum 2023. aastal moodustas AS Hiiu Kalur müügitulu 6,66 (2022: 3,78) milj eurot. Müügitulust moodustas 98,3 % (2022: 97,6%) kalapüük

      Läänemerel. Ekspordi osatähtsus müügitulust oli 0,9 % (2022: 0,6%).

      Ettevõte lõpetas 2023 majandusaasta kasumiga summas 4,7 milj.eurot.

      Investeeringud

      Kokku investeeriti 2023.a. materiaalsetesse põhivaradesse 121,6 tuh.eurot. 2024.a. on plaanis investeerida 250 tuh.eurot.

      Sidusettevõtjad 2023.a. soetati osalus OÜ-s Kalmari KV. Seisuga 31.12.2023.a. oli AS-l Hiiu Kalur 50%-line osalus AS-s Läätsa Kalatööstus ja OÜ-s Soome

      Kala, AS-s Kajax Fishexport ja AS-s Krapesk oli 40 %-line osalus, OÜ-s Kalmari KV 35%-line oslua, OÜ-s Traaler on 33%-line osalus ja Eesti

      Kalapüügiühistus 20%-line osalus.
