AS Eesti Statoil (company registration no. 01065272) was registered on March 27, 1991 in Tallinn
City Government as the first company in Estonia with 100% foreign ownership. On December 24, 1993, Eesti Statoil Teeninduse AS (company registration reg. no. 01278648) was registered. The company operated under the business name AS Eesti
Statoil (registry code 10180925) from January 17, 1997, after AS Eesti
Statoil merged with Eesti Statoil Teeninduse AS, which ended the latter's operations. From March 1, 2012, the company's business name became Statoil Fuel & Retail Eesti AS. On September 27, 2016, Circle K Eesti AS acquired 11 service and 12 automatic stations carrying the Premium 7 brand. Today, Circle K serves customers at a total of 78 sales points all over Estonia.
As of April 30, 2023, the company's supervisory board includes Niall Anderton, Joachim Røberg-Larsen and
Jerry Carlsson. No remuneration has been paid to the members of the Supervisory Board.
