      Tegevusaruanne 2024

      AS-i Rentacar emaettevõtjaks on AS SEB Liising, mis kuulub AS-i SEB Pank kontserni, mis omakorda kuulub Rootsi panganduskontserni Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken AB (publ) (SEB AB).

      AS-i Rentacar peamiseks tegevusalaks on autorent. Ettevõtja kogu tulu on teenitud Eestis.

      Perioodi 01.01.2024 - 30.04.2025 keskendus ettevõte olemasolevate klientide portfelli haldamisele. Uued finantseerimistehingud klientidele tehti emaettevõtte poolt. Sellest tulenevalt on emaettevõtja AS SEB Liising otsustanud 30.04.2025 lõpetada AS Rentacar majandustegevus ja alustada likvideerimismenetlust.

      AS-is Rentacar ei olnud 30.04.2025 seisuga palgalist tööjõudu.
