CHARACTERIZATION OF THE CURRENT SITUATION In 2022, the stability of the significant business activity of AS Paira continued and the market share achieved in previous years was secured.

Last year's sales of medicines, dietary supplements, health restoring devices, as well as mustard and pepper plasters (mainly 100% -owned subsidiary AS Kaigert production) were stable. Medicines, dietary supplements, medical devices and other means are imported from Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Germany,

China and Ukraine. Major partners in Estonia are - Magnum Medical OÜ, Tamro OÜ, Loodustoode

OÜ, Pharmac MS OÜ, Baltfarma OÜ; in Latvia - Rigas Farmaceitiska Fabrika AS, Recipe Plus JSC; in Lithuania -

Limedika UAB, Armila UAB, Herba Humana UAB, Veratrum Pharma UAB.

Certain directions of activity have been developed, where the company relies on several branches of activity.

PRODUCTION

As of March 1, 2006, a new production building was completed in Maardu, with a production area of 523.1 m2, where the subsidiary AS Kaigert is located.

In 2019, a production line for bottling tinctures and oils was opened, and a packaging device for dispensing tablets and capsules in blisters.

In 2022, AS Kaigert had an international certificate ISO 13485. Since 2009, contract manufacturing under the Kaigert brand (bandages, corn plasters, pregnancy tests, bandage material, etc.) was started. Since 2010, the production of mustard and pepper plasters "Private Label" products for our partners has started. Since 2012, the range of "Private Label" products has been constantly growing and today we produce products for our partners in Latvia, Lithuania, and Ukraine.

In 2022, we have significantly expanded the range of bottled and blistered products.

RETAIL

The subsidiary OÜ Gilons was established on December 22, 2004. The purpose of establishing the subsidiary was to increase the company's sales of medical and industrial goods. In October 2009, OÜ Gilons started its active operations and opened the store "Nature and Tonus". In July 2010, the landlord renounced his obligations and the store was closed on 01.08.2010. Until 31.08.2019, no economic activity took place. As of September 1, 2019, operations were resumed, resulting in the opening of the store "Health Sun". The main activity of the store is the retail of dietary supplements and medical devices and in addition to retail, Gilons

OÜ is engaged in e-commerce. The store also provides recommendation/advertising services for Paira, Kaigert, Aromat, Healing,

Solidea brands. The store employs 2 people.
