's activity report 2022

The main activity in 2022 was the import and resale of packaging materials (fibrous, cellulose, collagen, plastic casings, various film materials, thermal bags, boxes) and milk-based proteins.

Pluspak OÜ's customers are Estonian, Latvian, Lithuanian meat and dairy industries (directly or through an intermediary).

In addition to its main activities, Pluspak OÜ invested in mutual fund shares in 2022, following a conservative investment strategy. The fair value of the mutual fund shares is based on the assessment of the European Fund Administration S.A.

The management of the company is of the opinion that the risk of a decrease in the fair value of these shares is not significant.

The risks of changes in exchange rates and interest rates are insignificant due to the insignificant volume of such transactions.

Continued with real estate investments.

The increase in energy prices during the financial year and the war in Ukraine have significantly affected our purchase and sale prices and supply.

There were no significant environmental and social impacts associated with the company's operations.

In 2023, we will continue with the same product groups. The priority will be to introduce and sell suitable environmentally friendly and sustainable (mono- and reusable) packaging materials.

We will increase the proportion of long-term financial investments and continue with real estate investments.
