      Tegevusaruanne 2025

      Osaühing Laikum põhitegevusalaks on metsamaterjali ülestöötamine ja koondamine spetsiaalselt selleks ettenähtud tehnikaga vahelattu. Lisaks osutab ettevõte metsauuenduse ja metsahoolduse teenuseid.

      Ettevõte osales 2021. aastal RMK metsaülestöötamise riigihankel ning võitis kolm viieaastast metsamaterjali ülestöötamise lepingut. 2024.

      aastal lisandus ettevõtte portfelli veel kaks viieaastast metsamaterjali ülestöötamise lepingut.

      Tööde teostamiseks on ettevõte soetanud ja liisinud vajaliku tehnika. Laikumi masinapark koosneb kuuest harvesterist ja viiest forvarderist.

      Kasutuses on Sampo HR, Sampo HRX6, John Deere 1070, Jarcrac Magnapro, Prosilva ja John Deere 1270 harvesterid ning Sampo FR,

      Jarcrac Magnapro ja kolm John Deere 1010G forvarderit. Masinate transportimiseks objektide vahel kasutatakse ettevõttele kuuluvat MAN TGX raskeveokit koos raskeveotreileriga. Suveperioodil teostab ettevõte metsakultuuride hooldust, uute metsakultuuride rajamist ning võsalõikust.

      2025. aastal võitis ettevõte RMK masinistutamise riigihanke, mille raames osutatakse metsauuendusteenuseid.

      2025. aasta müügitulu oli 6 201 534, müügitulu kasvu toetas eelkõige töömahtude suurenemine ning uute lepingute lisandumine.

      Aruandeperioodi keskmine töötajate arv oli 34 (2024: 29) ning keskmine brutotöötasu ligikaudu 2 200 eurot kuus. Ettevõttel on üks juhatuse liige, kellele aruandeaastal juhatuse liikme tasu ei makstud.

      Suhtarvude arvutamisel kasutatud valemid:

      Lühiajaline võlgnevuste kattekordaja = käibevara / lühiajalised kohustised

      Maksevõime kordaja = (käibevara – varud) / lühiajalised kohustised

      Võlakordaja = kohustised / varad

      Omakapitali võlasiduvus = kohustised / omakapital

      Metsaettevõtte tegevus eeldab tasakaalu leidmist majanduslike eesmärkide, keskkonnahoiu ning kohalike kogukondade huvide vahel. Ettevõtte eesmärk on jätkata tegevust keskkonnasäästlikult ja jätkusuutlikult. Tegevus sõltub olulisel määral ilmastikutingimustest ning suuremad raiemahud jäävad tavapäraselt talveperioodi.

      2026. aastal jätkab ettevõte sõlmitud lepingute täitmist ning osaleb aktiivselt uutel riigihangetel, et tagada töömahtude järjepidevus ka tulevikus.

      Lisaks on eesmärgiks jätkata investeeringuid kaasaegsesse tehnikasse ning kinnisvarasse, et suurendada ettevõtte konkurentsivõimet ja pikaajalist väärtust.

      Ettevõtte hinnangul on Laikum OÜ finantsseis tugev ning ettevõte on jätkusuutlik ja tegutsev.
