      Tegevusaruanne 2024

      Osaühing Laikumi peamiseks tegevusalaks on metsamaterjali ülestöötamine ja koondamine spetsiaalselt selleks ettenähtud tehnikaga vahelattu. Osaühing osales 2021 majandusaastal riigihanke metsaülestöötamise konkursil ning võitis kolm viieaastast metsamaterjali ülestöötamise lepingut. 2024. aastal lisandus juurde kaks viieaastatst metsamaterjali ülestöötamise lepingut. Töö teostamiseks on soetatud ja liisitud vajalik tehnika. Masinapark koosneb kuuest harvesterist ning viiest forvarderist. Masinaparki kuulub Sampo HR,

      Sampo HRx6, John deere 10/70, jarcrad magnapro, Prosilva ja John Deere 12/70 ning forvarderid Sampo FR,

      Jarcrac magnapro ja 3 John Deere 10/10 g-d. Forvardite ja harvesterite transportimiseks ühelt objektilt teisele kasutatakse Laikumi omandis olevat raskeveotreilerit- MAN TGX. 2024. aastal investeeriti põhivarasse ca 250 000 eurot.

      Suvisel perioodil teostame kultuuride hooldamist,uute kultuuride rajamist ja võsa lõikamist.

      Majandusaastal omistati Laikum OÜ-le ka FSC sertifikaat. FSC märgis tagab puidule usaldusväärsuse ja rahvusvahelise tunnustuse, mis aitab avada uusi turge.

      Puidu pakkumine turul ületab nõudlust ja konkurents on tihe. Samas on serditud puidu järele nõudlus suurem kui pakkumine. Nii annab FSC sertifikaat metsamajandajatele ja -töötlejatele olulise turueelise. Ning näitab tarbijale, et metsamajandus on vastutustundlik ja keskkonnasäästlik.

      Majandusaasta müügitulu 5 129 505 eurot. Keskmine töötajate arv aruande perioodil oli kolmkümmend (30).Keskmine töötasu 2100- eurot kuus.

      Juhatuse liikmeid on osaühingul üks. Juhatuse liikmele juhatuse liikme tasu ei ole makstud.

      Käibevara kokku: Lühiajalised kohustused 0,77 1,07 2. Maksevõime kordaja (käibevara-varud)/ lühiajalised kohustused 0,07 0,15 3. Võlakordaja: Kohustused : Passiva kokku 0,60 0,48 4. Omakapitali võlasiduvus KOhustused: omakapital kokku 1,58 0,95

      Metsaettevõtte tegevuse keskkonna-ja sotsiaalsete mõjude juhtimine nõuab tasakaalu leidmist majanduslike huvide ja keskkonna ning kohalike kogukondade heaolu vahel. 2025. a on kavas jätkata tegevust metsamajandusvaldkonnas võimalikult keskkonnasäästlikult ja tasakaalukalt. Meie tegevus sõltub suuresti ilmastikust ja suuremad raiemahud jäävad talvekuudele. Plaanis on jätkata metsamajandamist vähemalt samal tasemel võrreldes eelmise majandusaastaga. Suurendada soovime investeeringute osa kinnistutesse, mis müügikorral võiksid kasumit tuua.

      Ettevõtte on jätkusuutlik ja tegev.
