      Tegevusaruanne 2024

      Melioria OÜ põhitegevuseks on valmisriiete ja aksessuaaride hulgimüük.

      Aastal 2024 töötas Melioria OÜ-s osaajaga 1 inimene - tegevjuht, kes vastutas ettemüügi ja administratiivse poole eest. Sisseostetavad teenused olid logistika ja raamatupidamine.

      2015 aastal sai alustatud turismivaldkonda investeerimisega. Sellega seoses soetati kinnisvara, mida aruande majandusaastal parendati. 2019 aastal parendati selgunud ehitusalaste puudustega hoonet, mis valmis aruandeaastal ning alustati majutusteenuse osutamist. Seega said 2019 aastaks püstitatud plaanid täidetud.

      2020 aastal alustati ka kinnistu võimaluste välja rentimisega (vibulaskerada). 2021 aastal investeeriti veevarustuse ja kanalisatsiooni renoveerimisse. 2022 aastal valmis veevarustuse ja kanalisatsiooni ehitus.

      Melioria OÜ 2022.a eesmärgid - kasumi suurendamine sai teoks.

      Melioria OÜ 2023.a tegevuseesmärgid olid järgmised: 1. ettevõtte põhitegevuse mahu hoidmine ja kasvatamine 2. investeeringute jätkamine turismivaldkonda 3. turismiteenuse osutamise hoogustamine 2023 aasta eesmärgid täideti ja samad eesmärgid seati ka 2024 majandusaastaks.

      Paraku ei õnnestunud püstitatud eesmärke täita seega jäävad samad eesmärgid püstitatuks 2025 aastal.
