The main activity of European Express is the execution of international transports.

In 2022, the company's main goal was to improve the quality of the fleet's transport services and to increase transport volumes.

During the reporting year, 21 new transport vehicles were acquired as fixed assets through capital lease for a total of 1,072,980 euros. The purchase of fixed assets was partially financed by the sale of fully depreciated fixed assets. The acquisition cost of the sold fixed assets was 230,552 € and depreciation 230,552 € (residual value 0).

No significant changes are planned for 2023, the company will continue with existing and new transport orders and plans to increase both the quality and volume of transport services.

As of 31.12.2022, the company's short-term liabilities exceed current assets.

In the opinion of the Management Board, the company continues to operate and, due to the volume of transport services and better quality and cash flow forecast, the company is able to cover all its short-term liabilities according to the due dates of payments.
