      Sissejuhatus

      Deline OÜ põhitegevuseks on juustude, (piimatoodete) import ja hulgimüük (EMTAK kood 46331 - piimatoodete, munade, toiduõli ja -rasva hulgimüük). Lisaks müüakse lihatooteid, pasteete, pastasid, kuivaineid, mereande, hoidiseid, õlisid, moose ja sinepeid.

      Suuremateks klientideks on Kaubamaja AS, Selver AS, Maxima Eesti OÜ, Prisma Peremarket AS,

      Coop Eesti Keskühistu, Stockmann AS, Rimi Eesti Food AS jt jaekaubandusketid.

      Tarnijateks on erinevad firmad Prantsusmaalt, Itaaliast, Hollandist, Inglismaalt, Hispaaniast, jt.

      Investeeringud põhivarasse aruandeaastal ei tehtud.

      Deline OÜ omanikud on Osaühing EESTIMAA FARMERID (34%) ja füüsilised isikud (33% ja 33%).

      Tulud, kulud ja kasum

      Deline OÜ 2024.a. müügitulu on 2 439 660 eurot (2023. aastal 2 320 910 eurot).

      Ettevõtte 2024. a kasum on 100 833 eurot (2023 aastal 123 166 eurot).

      Ettevõtte juhtkonna hinnangul on tulemus turusituatsiooni arvestades hea.

      Konkurents tervikuna on piimatoodete turul väga tihe ning hinnad volatiilsed. Möödunud aastat iseloomustas eelkõige väga kiiresti muutuv majanduskeskkond, kiire hinnakasv ja Covid-19 tulenevad piirangud, mis mõjutasid materjalide tarneid ning kajastusid ka lõpptoodete tarbijate käitumises.

      Endiselt kestev Vene-Ukraina sõda omab mõju ettevõtte tegevusele läbi globaalsete trendide, eelkõige läbi energiahindade tõusu, mis sisendina on omakorda tõstnud kõiki hindu Eesti turul.

      Konkurentsis püsimiseks oli määrava tähtsusega koostöö klientide ja tarnijatega ning kuluefektiivsete logistilised lahendused.
