      Tegevusaruanne 2023

      Fermhouse OÜ põhitegevusalaks aruandeaastal oli kokkupandavate puitehitiste (saunad, suvilad, majad) ja nende elementide tootmine. 2024.aastal plaanitakse jätkata samal tegevusalal.

      Majandusaasta müügitulu oli 17 519 eurot, kogu müügitulu teenisime Eestisisesest käibest. Toimus märkimisväärne müügitulu langus seoses raskete majandustingimustega moodulmajade tootmise segmendis nii Eesti kui Skandinaavia turul. Tellimuste maht on oluliselt vähenenud, otsime aktiivselt uusi tellijaid-koostööpartnereid. Energia- ja ehitusmaterjalide hindade stabiliseerumine annab lootust saavutada järgmisel majandusaastal parem müügitulemus.

      2022. ja 2023.aastal paigaldasime ning võtsime sihtotstarbeliselt kasutusse PRIA investeeringutoetuse kaasabil soetatud seadmed summaarses soetusmaksumuses 360 634 eurot.

      Osaühingu Fermhouse keskmine töötajate arv oli 2, majandusaasta palgakulu oli 12 000 eurot ja sotsiaalmaksude kulu 4 056 eurot, s.h. juhatuse liikmele arvestatud tasu 9 600 eurot ja sotsiaalmaksud 3 245 eurot.
