Tänassilma Service Kitchen is a modern production unit, which is oriented towards supplying large kitchens and catering companies with high-volume ready-made and semi-finished products. The company's goal is to provide Compass Group companies and selected foreign clients with quality small batch products, excellent delivery reliability and flexible customer service. The parent company of Compass Group FS Estonia OÜ is Compass Group International B.V. which is registered in the Netherlands. Compass Group is a global catering service company listed on the stock exchange, operating in 45 countries and headquartered in London.

The main activity of Compass Group FS Estonia OÜ is the production of lunch food components and the manufacture of confectionery products. The company mainly markets its products in Finland and employs 50 workers (2021: 50).

In the first half of the 2022 reporting year, turnover was affected by the uncertainty caused by the Covid 19 pandemic and the war in Ukraine. From the beginning of summer, the volume of orders increased significantly and in September the company returned to profit after two years. The operating environment in the Finnish market is clearly better for 2023 than in the previous two years.

During 2022, the prices of all major raw materials increased significantly and energy costs doubled. To compensate for this, the company also raised the selling prices of finished products. The company's profitability was significantly better compared to the previous year's result, as the volume of orders increased compared to 2021 and production efficiency improved.

Work safety is one of the core values of Compass Group, all CG companies pay special attention to reducing the number of accidents. In the 2022 reporting year, there were no accidents in the company.
