The Company Story
Our farm work is based on a simple idea: food is of clear origin, animals are cared for and people get direct contact with what they eat. We want to create a sincere link between farm life and food that reaches the table.
Many are looking for local, traceable products and ways to understand the backgrounds of production. At the same time, people need comfortable ways to reach their preferred products, as well as experience that will open the world between the farm and the kitchen.
We make cheese from milk from the farm and offer the opportunity to buy and experience – so we explain the origin of the food and allow people to see how it comes about. Our activities combine access to farm products through a daily by-pass visit to the shelf and an online order.
What distinguishes us is the proximity of production and the seriousness of openness: the cheese comes from our own herd, the sales channels are diverse and we publicly share practical knowledge about milk and cheese production to help consumers make more informed choices.
We promote the stability of production and infrastructure, and we also carefully examine the possibilities of plant cheese alternatives in an effort to provide sustainable solutions and to keep the link between farm life and food experience alive.
