Oma Ehitaja was signed in February 2021, the construction of the first two apartment buildings started in March and the construction of the third apartment building started in July. In July 2022, the signing of property contracts began in the first apartment building at Sammu tn 5/Talli tn 4, and in August, the signing of property contracts began in the second apartment building at

Sõjakooli tn 14/16. As of 31.12.2022, property contracts have been signed for 129 apartments, 97 storage spaces and 131 parking spaces, in addition to contractual obligations for 66 apartments (31.12.2021: 189 apartments), 53 storage spaces (31.12.2021: 136 storage spaces) and 62 parking spaces (31.12.2021: 182 parking spaces). The signing of property contracts for the third apartment building at Rivi tn 6 / Talli tn 2 began in January 2023.
